praise the lord for running.
and not just for running.
for early mornings, mountains, stretching, breathing hard, focusing on foot work, boulders, cactus, sandy trails, running partners that don't make me perform, sunrises, sleeping doves and the satisfying drive home.

Amen sista friend~
I was praising the Mizuno Gods but I have recently converted to the non-denominational Asics who are open to extra padding for shin splints and non judgmental of plantar fasciitis. I would like to give an AMEN to caffeine-loaded gels and salt packs.
I will give you an amen for that outfit, because it's a winner.
Running? Yeah, I don't do that. But I support your right to do so!
and i will give you an amen for that shitload of decorating delight you dropped off at my house.
hallelujerrr!
Love the shirt! This post made me really miss running in Arizona winters... my driveway is an ice rink right now.
Are you training for anything in particular?
ragnar!
ragnar!
ragnar!
and maybe the pf chang's half marathon. if it's lucky enough. :)
I assume you're doing Prescott to Mesa? You're insane! :)
But, I suppose once you've done a marathon, the next logical step would be a ginormous relay. I'd love to do Hood to Coast someday, too.
