-Happiness in October is............

Seeing my family for a baby blessing with all of their babies.............

Having a sister that poses more than I do...........

Figuring out a way to carry your birthday tic tacs without using a hand........

Making sure we had complete coverage on documenting a 2 year old's morning......

A toddler knowing to fold his arms with a mouth full of home grown banana and a tattoo of Lezlie and the Lyes...............

Realizing the blank stare, personalityless newborn stage is over................

Having this guy for a Father in Law................

Not noticing the state of disarray your friend is in when playing at the end of the day..........

Listening to your Grandma's train conductor voice................

Being cuter than a pumpkin................

Hanging out with the chick that made this shirt...................

Although looking it, not feeling dead in the morning................

Blowing out your candles on your special birthday Ikea icecream cone..........

Hugging a goat.........

Calling my children "the boys"....................

Taking our first family picture..................

A floor length peach skirt and some Cafe Rio on the side...................

Happiness is not being stuck in Washington while the rest of your family gathers in AZ. At least I was able to distract myself. Wish I could have made the trip.

Jeez! Why is your whole family so funny? I'm gonna have to fly to A.Z. and stare through your windows during a family get together!

Ok so I laughed out loud at my desk in my office by myself when I saw the picture you posted of Devin. She will really stop whatever she is doing to pose for a picture. I watched home videos of her and she did the same thing when she was five as well. I really do love it!

Brooks has great taste in music. His uncle and his boobie tassles would be so proud.

PS. We were visiting the Upper East Side yesterday. What is that place? Did you and I live in the same city? I felt so...unshowered...and Old Navified.
